Cleaning, inspection and a check of the output against what the roof should give.
A maintenance visit cleans the panels, checks the mounting and the cabling, and compares what the system actually produced with what it should. That comparison is the useful part: PVGIS gives about 1,668 kWh per kWp a year for a south-facing panel in Malta, about 1,476 on a flat mount, 1,376 facing east and 1,393 facing west, so a system falling well short of its figure is worth looking at.
We do not publish a cleaning interval or a figure for how much output dirt costs, because we have not found a Maltese source for either. The visit tells you what your own panels need.
Priced per visit after we know the size of the array and how easy the roof is to reach. There is no published Maltese rate we can cite.

None of these has a published Maltese installed price we can stand behind, so each is quoted after the roof survey, itemised, before anything is ordered.
You deal with us, not with the installer. We survey the roof, quote a fixed price, bring in a solar installer from the CheckYourTraders-verified network, and stand behind the work. One point of contact, one contract, one invoice.
